About Lisa Christine
s a born-and-raised Pittsburgh girl with nothing more than passion, my God given talents and gifts, and a dream, I’m proud to have created a life I love and a global Entrepreneurial Feeder™ that has impacted and supported many women.
I love inspiring connections, camaraderie and community.
Through our growth, 28 Carrots is proud to be a world-class community for women to choose collaboration over competition, to contribute and to celebrate. I help people and companies, like you, dream big, make powerful choices, and innovate. I back it up with meaningful action and results.
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be on a stage and entertaining a crowd. Growing up in my beloved Italian family, I'd organize all the relatives and lead everyone in activities and sing-a-longs at holiday gatherings.
I became a “champion of women" as a Girl Scout, in college as a Kappa Delta Sorority member, and many other times in leadership with Women in Technology International, The Women's Leadership and Technology Consortium, and The Junior League of Boston. For the last 10 years, I have cultivated a global community of women and created many opportunities for connection, collaboration, and celebration.
My first job out of college was in the media as a Press Secretary for a female congressional candidate in the state of West Virginia, in the largest district east of the Mississippi. I spent over 25 years doing what I do best in sales and business development winning numerous awards and orchestrating lucrative sales and partnership deals. I mastered how to build relationships that deliver results and how to leverage relationships for good.
I am passionate about gourmet cooking, sailing, my Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever, event planning, stand-up comedy, entrepreneurship, French anything, creativity and philanthropy just to name a few. I bring the same passion and wisdom to my coaching, speaking, and training.
After many successes, a few failures and a lot of reflection, I realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a liability. I gave up the security of the 9-5 and took the leap to build a coaching, speaking, and training business from the ground up.
I have derived incredible joy in helping thousands of clients and colleagues with my words of encouragement, empowerment, and entertainment.
I have coached senior corporate executives, a billion-dollar heiress, and many women entrepreneurs. I have been blessed to be an intrapreneur and entrepreneur in the corporate world and to follow my passions.
I believe in giving back to my community, impacting lives, and volunteering with many local organizations. Currently, I am focused on supporting the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center, an organization committed to empower, engage and end domestic violence in our community.
I love the life I live. And I am happy to help you achieve the same. My soul purpose is to creatively express. My mission is to empower, motivate, educate, and create.
One of the things I’m often asked is
"How did you end up doing this?"
How may I help you?
